The audits for recognition as a training/examination centre within the framework of the Register of Risky Tasks SCC (RRT) and the Training Guide (OG) of the PVI were in the past managed in-house by the PVI and/or the non-profit organisation BeSaCC-VCA, which appointed an individual auditor for each file. The PVI and the non-profit association BeSaCC-VCA decided to outsource the management and implementation of the audits from 2007. To this end, a new audit system was developed, integrated into QFor (market leader in certified centres for training vouchers), and focused on the centre's processes and procedures, supplemented by specific requirements for the safety sector. To be recognised under the Risky Tasks Register, an organisation must have QFor Safety accreditation. The recognition means that the centre has successfully passed a 'QFor Safety' audit conducted by an audit organisation appointed by the non-profit association. For this, the organisation must successfully undergo an audit on the basis of the QFor Process (modules QFor Data Scan and QFor Process Scan) and meet the standard of the VCA module. QFor covers organisations with knowledge-based services ranging from training and coaching to advice, consulting and project management. The SCC module, on the other hand, was developed specifically.

QFor Process, general module: audit of the centre's processes, both on training, exams, administration,...

QFor Process, specific module SCC per training sheet (only the test will be reviewed and recognised)

QFor Scan, general: photo of the organisation

QFor Scan, specific criteria safety: e.g. training experience (numbers per training, languages) Initially, Certup will be in charge of the audits.
